Because our yard signs are custom-made for each order, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted within this time frame to qualify.

After 24 hours, or once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Returns

Due to the customized nature of our yard signs, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

 

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to provide an appropriate solution.
